About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate management, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
  3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  4. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
  5. Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
  6. Support in offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination.
  7. Assist in employer branding and engagement activities when required.
  8. Coordinate for campus drive.

Who Can Apply:

  1. Recent graduates with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  2. Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR functions is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and applicant tracking tools.
  5. Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
