About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring, candidate management, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant databases.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
- Support in offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination.
- Assist in employer branding and engagement activities when required.
- Coordinate for campus drive.
Who Can Apply:
- Recent graduates with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR functions is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and applicant tracking tools.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
