Job Description: HRBP Intern

Location: Bangalore

About the Role: 
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Employee Engagement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to creating a vibrant work culture and executing employee-centric programs. It’s a great opportunity to learn and contribute to real-time HR projects that impact employee morale and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, events, contests, and celebrations.
Support internal communications – newsletters, emails, posters, and digital campaigns.
Help coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events.
Maintain trackers and reports for engagement activities and employee participation.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and compile responses.
Contribute creative ideas to boost participation and engagement.
Collaborate with other HR functions and support daily team operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Strong interest in employee engagement, culture building, and internal communication.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have 
Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite and comfortable with online collaboration tools.
