Job Overview
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Field Collection Executives to manage overdue payment recoveries through field visits. The ideal candidate should have experience in field collections or recovery, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally while adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to customers for the collection of overdue payments.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues through regular follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Communicate with customers regarding pending payments and repayment options.
- Negotiate with customers to facilitate payment resolution and improve recovery rates.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, collection records, and case status updates.
- Achieve assigned collection targets and performance benchmarks.
- Handle customer concerns professionally while following company policies and applicable compliance guidelines.
- Plan daily field visits efficiently to maximize collection productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in field collections, debt recovery, or loan repayment collections is preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Proficiency in the local language of the assigned location.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
