About the pod
The Cobranded & Web Pod owns two of Olyv's highest-leverage acquisition surfaces:
- Cobranded partnerships — embedded and SSO-based lending journeys built with partners like Flipkart, PhonePe and Moneycontrol, where a user starts on the partner's app and completes a loan with us.
- The web acquisition funnel — our owned browser journey from landing page through OTP, KYC, offer, and disbursal.
Both are conversion-critical, integration-heavy, and measured in basis points. Small changes to an OTP retry rule or a dedupe response can move lakhs of rupees in monthly disbursals.
What you'll own
- End-to-end partner journeys. Scope, spec and ship new cobranded integrations — API contracts, dedup logic, SSO and consent handling, redirection flows, rejection and fallback states. You'll be the person partner product/engineering teams talk to.
- Web funnel conversion. Own step-wise Product Conversion across the web journey. Find the drop-offs, form hypotheses, and ship fixes — OTP delivery channels, KYC routing, lender selection, bank verification error handling, payment redirection.
- Experimentation. Design and read A/B tests properly: sizing, traffic splits, guardrail metrics, persona-level cuts. Kill things that don't work, and say so clearly.
- Writing. PRDs, API contract docs, go-live checklists, RCAs. Our pod runs on written specs that engineering can build from without a follow-up meeting.
- Launch and aftercare. Go-live coordination with partner, LMS, risk and compliance teams; post-launch funnel monitoring; retros when something breaks.
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years in product management, ideally in fintech, lending, payments, or another regulated consumer funnel.
- Demonstrated ownership of a conversion funnel — you can talk about a specific metric you moved, what you tried, and what failed.
- Comfort with API-level detail. You should be able to read a request/response contract, spot a missing field, and argue for it with a partner's engineer.
- Clear, structured writing. We'll ask for a writing sample or a take-home spec.
- Stakeholder range — you'll work with external partner teams, internal engineering, credit, risk, and compliance in the same week.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping a cobranded, embedded, or SSO-based partner integration end to end.
- Exposure to Indian lending infrastructure — CKYC, CIBIL/bureau pulls, UPI/eNACH mandates, KFS and loan agreement delivery, RBI digital lending guidelines.
- Familiarity with Figma and Tableau and SQL analytics
What success looks like
- First 30 days: you can draw the full web and cobranded funnels from memory, with current conversion at each step and the top three drop-off reasons.
- First 90 days: you've shipped at least one funnel improvement with a measured lift, and you're running partner conversations independently.
- First 6 months: you own a live partner integration end to end and have a prioritised roadmap that the pod and leadership both believe in.
Why this role
You'll be close to revenue, with a short line between a decision you make and a number that moves. The pod is small, the surface area is large, and nobody will hand you a backlog — you'll build it.
