About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Admin Manager to lead and manage end-to-end workplace operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of setting up and managing corporate offices, ensuring seamless day-to-day administration, and creating an efficient, safe, and employee-friendly work environment. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of office operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead office setup, expansion, relocation, and workspace planning projects.
- Oversee facilities management, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, cafeteria, transport, and office infrastructure.
- Manage vendor onboarding, negotiations, contracts, AMCs, and service quality.
- Handle procurement of office equipment, furniture, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and ensure timely maintenance of facilities.
- Plan and monitor administration budgets while identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, statutory requirements, and facility audits.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visitor management, and employee workplace support.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operational support.
- Drive workplace improvements that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the administration team and support staff.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Administration or Facilities Management.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and managing corporate offices from the ground up.
- Strong expertise in facilities management, vendor management, procurement, budgeting, and workplace operations.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with complete ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in startups, fintech, technology, or other fast-growing organizations will be an added advantage.
