As a Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Growth, Marketing, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution.
You will be responsible for taking initiatives from problem identification to execution, managing stakeholders and dependencies, tracking key metrics, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do
Drive Strategic Initiatives
- Drive cross-functional programs across lending, growth, customer experience, risk, and operational efficiency.
- Translate business priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance and operational processes.
Own Program Execution
- Take end-to-end ownership of programs from planning through execution and closure.
- Define objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Track program progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of key initiatives.
Solve Business Problems
- Structure ambiguous and complex business problems using a data-driven approach.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and develop practical solutions.
- Work with relevant teams to implement solutions and measure their impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Analytics, Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Drive discussions, follow-ups, and decisions required to keep programs on track.
Data & Metrics
- Track key business and program metrics to measure performance and outcomes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and program trackers.
- Use insights to recommend process or business improvements.
Leadership Communication
- Prepare regular program updates, dashboards, and business reviews.
- Present progress, risks, challenges, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational and process gaps and drive initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Build structured processes and governance mechanisms for recurring programs.
- Continuously monitor program performance and implement improvements.
Who We Are Looking For
Education
- MBA / PGDM preferred.
- Candidates from engineering, management, economics, analytics, or other relevant backgrounds with strong program management experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Management Consulting, or related roles.
- Experience working in FinTech, Digital Lending, BFSI, Consumer Internet, or high-growth startups is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
