Job Title: Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
 Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads
(Search, Display, UAC), Meta Ads
 Manage end-to-end paid media budgets and ensure positive ROI across all
channels.
 Collaborate with creative and product teams to design ad creatives and landing
pages that improve conversion rates.
2. Analytics & Optimization
 Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS,
LTV).
 Implement A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
 Use tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and MMPs (AppsFlyer / Adjust) to
assess campaign attribution and user behavior.
3. Reporting & Insights
 Create daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to track spend, performance, and
ROI.
 Present campaign learnings, insights, and optimization recommendations to
management.
 Do user and market research on new product lines, competitor analyses etc
4. Collaboration
 Work closely with internal stakeholders including product, design, and analytics
teams

Key Requirements
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
 Experience: 2–4 years in digital or performance marketing.
 Industry Preference: Fintech, NBFCs, Banking, or financial products (loans,
credit cards, credit score, insurance).
 Hands-on Expertise:
o Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)
o Meta Ads Manager
o Google Analytics / GA4
o MMPs (AppsFlyer / Branch / Adjust)
o Excel / Data Studio for reporting
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to handle large campaign budgets and deliver on performance KPIs.
 Excellent communication and project management skills.
