About the Role
We are looking for a Qualitative Researcher to help us uncover the "why" behind customer behavior. In this role, you will work at the intersection of Product, Design, Marketing, and Business, conducting deep qualitative research that shapes the future of our products and customer experience.
You will spend time speaking with users, visiting them in their environments, observing behaviors, identifying hidden needs, and translating complex research into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly influence product strategy, UX decisions, customer journeys, and business outcomes.

What You'll Do
Conduct Meaningful User Research
- Plan and execute end-to-end qualitative research studies across different customer segments.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, ethnographic studies, usability sessions, diary studies, and focus groups.
- Perform field visits and observational research to understand users in their real-life environments.
- Explore customer motivations, behaviors, aspirations, pain points, and decision-making processes.
Generate Actionable Insights
- Synthesize qualitative findings into meaningful themes, patterns, and recommendations.
- Develop user personas, empathy maps, emotional journey maps, and behavioral frameworks.
- Identify unmet customer needs and opportunities for innovation.
- Translate research into actionable insights that influence product strategy and design decisions.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Marketing, Data, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product discovery and decision-making.
- Help validate product concepts, features, and customer experiences before launch.
Drive Research Excellence
- Select the most appropriate research methodologies based on the problem statement.
- Ensure research is objective, unbiased, and grounded in evidence.
- Document research findings and communicate them through compelling reports and presentations.
- Continuously improve research practices and contribute to building a strong user-centric culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Des, M.Des, M.Sc., M.A. (Psychology), Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Behavioral Science, Human-Centered Design, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- 0–1 year of experience in Qualitative Research, User Research, Design Research, or Behavioral Research.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic research projects involving fieldwork or user research are encouraged to apply.
